Routine Dentistry.

Dentistry for The Whole Family.

West Grove Dental provides comprehensive dental care for all our patients, emphasising strong patient relationships and a commitment to oral health. We believe in preventive care, regular check-ups, and educational support to ensure optimal dental health for every family member.

Routine Check-ups.

Proactive dental care is key to a healthy mouth and overall well-being; we recommend dental examinations every six months.

Regular check-ups can detect hidden problems early, preventing pain and complex treatments later. If issues are found during your routine examination, various treatment options like fillings, root canals and extractions are available to address them effectively.

Root Canal Treatment.

Endodontics, commonly known as a root canal, is a dental procedure performed to address problems within the soft core of the tooth. When patients experience toothache, sensitivity, or dental trauma, a dentist may determine that a root canal is necessary.

Molar teeth that need a root canal are referred to an endodontic specialist. Treatment time and outcome may vary according to the severity of the underlying cause.

Tooth Extractions.

In the unfortunate event that a tooth is beyond repair, you may require a tooth extraction. West Grove Dental patients avoid joining lengthy hospital waiting lists and benefit from a quicker recovery, as the procedure is performed without general anaesthesia.

As a registered specialist in Oral Surgery, Dr Ben Omovie, can extract impacted wisdom teeth here in the practice.

Following extractions, we have multiple solutions available to address the resulting gap, ensuring patients can maintain their dental health and aesthetics.

Dental Emergencies?

In the event of a dental emergency, such as uncontrolled oral bleeding, severe pain, or significant swelling, emergency appointments are available for registered patients.

We will try to see you as quickly as possible, although availability can sometimes be limited.

If you are not registered with us but require emergency treatment, please call the NHS Dental Helpline on 02920 444 500.
